Orders ARE shipped priority via USPS unless notified otherwise. Please allow up to 4 - 14 days for your order to be process and ship unless otherwise noted in product description (PST). Specific pieces are made-on-demand and are subject to delay. PHLEMUNS does not process or ship orders on weekends or local public holidays. We currently only offer priority shipping within the United States. PHLEMUNS and PHLEMUNS NON-BASICS ships from Los Angeles, CA.
PHLEMUNS does not ship packages requiring a signature upon delivery. If you’d like to require a signature upon delivery please email email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
PHLEMUNS is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages – please contact USPS with your tracking number for these inquiries.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation via email with your tracking number.
PHLEMUNS is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery by USPS.
Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Any packages shipped back to PHLEMUNS will incur additional costs to re-ship to the customer.

Additionally, items featured on the PHLEMUNS web store as “Made-To-Order” are expected to ship within 7 - 14 Days after purchase unless otherwise stated.
SALES & LOCAL TAXES
PHLEMUNS and PHLEMUNS NON-BASICS is made in and shipped from Los Angeles. All sales taxes for orders shipping to the United States are included in listed price.
Please note that international orders may occur local charges (sales tax, customs duty) depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Due to the limited nature of PHLEMUNS and PHLEMUNS NON-BASICS product releases, returns are accepted within 3 days of order delivery confirmation. Additionally, merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee. PHLEMUNS accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise with tags attached.
When returning an item, we will provide the return label, however the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
PHLEMUNS allows exchanges for a different size of the same item within 3 days of order delivery confirmation.
Pre-orders are not eligible for returns, only exchanges for a different size of the same item.
Limited Edition items are final sale.
Items marked down more than 20% are final sale (including mark downs due to the use of discounts or promo codes).
Once the exchanged item is received by PHLEMUNS, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking number. PHLEMUNS covers shipping fees on domestic exchanges only.
How To Return An Item
Fill out the return form below or…
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Returning Item: Order #”. Please provide the garment name in the message.
2. Please note the nature of the return or exchange in the message – wrong size, doesn’t fit my style, impulse buy etc.
3. Once you receive a return label – pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible, including all items shipped with the order.
4. Once the return is received to PHLEMUNS, returns will be credited to the original form of payment on file. Please allow for up to 5-7 business days to receive credit for returned items
