Phlemuns collections are made-to-order. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds. If a piece does not fit properly we are happy to exchange it for another size, item or issue a store credit. The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to contact us to process an exchange. Please contact email@example.com to exchange an item. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
PHLEMUNS ships within the U.S., and to most countries worldwide, via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, and via direct relationships with some international mail carriers within certain countries.
Shipping charges are as follows:
$9.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
$20 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide
Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.
Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
